Vance Law
Vance Aaron Lawis a former third baseman in Major League Baseball. From 1980 through 1991, he played for the Pittsburgh Pirates, Chicago White Sox, Montreal Expos, Chicago Cubs, and Oakland Athletics. He also played one season in Japan for the Chunichi Dragons in 1990. Law batted and threw right-handed. He is the son of Cy Young Award winner Vern Law. Going by the game stats we give up another big inning. Walks and timely hitting by them pretty well spelled doom for us. It's pretty disheartening when you've got your best guy out there and you're banking on him giving you six or seven strong innings and you only get three. We just feel like he was forced out of the game early with walks. I won't say with control, I'll say with walks.
