Vincent François Damphousseis a Canadian retired professional hockey player who played in the National Hockey Leaguefor eighteen seasons. I think the season is done. I don't see how this can be resolved next September. Their strategy is to break the will of the union and impose a salary cap and I don't think that's going to work. I'm convinced there won't even be a training camp next year. They are going to try to delay this as much as possible. We are telling players who want to play in Europe to get ready and find work over there.
I loved getting up every morning and heading to the rink, and I will miss being in the dressing room with the guys, however I'm looking forward to the next stage of my life.
