carrying catcher demanding drive expect good mind position pressure putting runners running scoring shoulders stay three time

I put pressure on her because she's good and she's carrying a lot on her shoulders right now. Catcher is a pretty demanding position in my mind and I stay on her pretty hard, and putting her in the three hole, when we have runners in scoring position I expect her to drive them in every time.
