I was a little disappointed with my role last year and I made that kind of known. I regret it a little bit for saying it, especially with the way things turned. The way the new coaching staff embraces me, that's all I've ever wanted.

It was awesome. I've got a lot of respect for that guy. All the criticism he's taken over the years, I don't think it's warranted at all. He puts himself out there, he wants to win, you can see it in his eyes. Everyone criticizes him for shooting too much but he's just doing what he feels he needs to do to help his team win ball games.

All K.G. wants his teammates to do when he gets doubled is be aggressive. I think he can live with aggressive mistakes and live with aggressive misses when you miss an open jump shot. It's just when you get tentative and you don't want the ball in your hands and you don't want to shoot it, that's when our team gets in trouble.

They were great players, all stars in this league, so we have to find a way to make up for those guys. I think we're going to do it with hard work and playing our roles.
