Florida is very proud of what we've been able to accomplish in offering universal pre-kindergarten to all children. At this point we are not even through the first year of the program and yet we've already enrolled over 105,000 children.
human last nature until wait
We are surprised. But it's human nature to wait until the last minute.

There is an awareness of the program. We think it is human nature. In the month of March, it's probably not on people's minds yet.
