They checked to see how much it would cost to get it razed and leveled off again, and they said no. I was willing to lease it to them for $1 a year for as long as they wanted, but they didn't want to do that and put money into it.

It'd cost more to repair it and remodel it now because the roof's been leaking and the adobe in the walls broke loose, ... There's holes all over in it now.
