I think it is fair to say that by any standards we had an excellent start to fiscal '06,
complaint law looking permanent received sign somebody structure themselves
There is a law about the banners themselves and then there is the part about a permanent structure sign being erected without approval, ... I received a complaint from somebody who didn't like looking at them.
