felt good hit nervous satisfied second series today
Today was a good day. It felt really good to get hit for the first time. I was a little nervous on the first series, but after the second series when I got into a rhythm, everything was good for me. I didn't get the 10 to 15-yard run, but I got the touchdowns, and I'm satisfied with that.
takes
My body's good, I keep getting up so I can't complain, ... If that's what it takes to win, that's what we're going to do.
beginning couple division england losses miami
Unfortunately, we had a couple of losses at the beginning of the season, but the division is up for grabs right now. New England is losing, Miami is right there. We feel like we're very competitive, and we know what we have to do when it comes to division games. We have to buckle up and get on the grind.
execute sure together work worried
We just have to go out and work together and make sure we execute plays. I'm not worried about them, they know what they have to do.
felt throat
I felt like there was something in my throat that wouldn't come out.
composure guess lost
I don't know what happened. I guess we just lost our composure in the end.
knows rebound
He knows what's going to happen. He knows he can rebound from it. Just keep your confidence, and that's what he did.
confidence expert good great handled knows looked seem sure
He handled things well. I'm no expert on quarterbacks, but he sure looked good to me. He didn't seem nervous. That's a great sign. He's got his confidence and he knows we have his back.
ups
We've had our ups and downs, and things just didn't go the way we wanted.
coming fact knee stuff trying work
My knee is 100 percent, so it's not like I'm getting any swelling. It's just the fact that I'm getting back used to things. It's going pretty good. I'm just trying to work on little stuff like my explosion, coming out of cuts.
finish gave good offense played supposed
That's how the offense is supposed to be clicking. It gave us a lot of confidence. We went out there and played good ball. We just didn't finish properly.
flying great job
They were flying to the ball, doing a great job tackling.
expect move overcome problem season taking
Well, I'll take it. I have no problem taking it. Things didn't go the way you'd expect and you just have to overcome it and move on. My season was all right, but (I know) it could've been better.
against carry momentum next positive win year
I know it's not the positive end that we wanted, but you still don't want to end with a loss. That can probably carry over to next year if we end with a loss. We got to just try to keep momentum going from the big win against Cincinnati.
