caused
It's been on and off for a little while. He's been working on the change-up so much, and we think that's what caused the irritation.
arguably happened knows might
It was a big play. Who knows what might have happened after that? If he doesn't make that play, we could have arguably scored two runs.
bases later loaded seconds
It was like, 'Did I just see that?' ... We've got the bases loaded and we're all excited. Seconds later ... Wow!

available counting far maybe playing
I'm not counting on it. I'd like to say maybe he'd be available to pinch-hit, but as far as playing his position, I don't see it happening.
behind job
Our job now is to put this one behind us and go on. There's really no other option.
against guys mean nobody save time tough
That was a tough save right there, ... I mean -- nobody is going to go 1-2-3 all the time against guys like that.
against eyes hit opened playing though
Even though he hasn't hit that well against left-handers, we want to get him some playing time. He's opened some eyes -- what he's done hasn't been ordinary.
against obvious
I think it's pretty obvious that he's comfortable against him.
I think there's a possibility he'll be activated this weekend.
against good luck seen short struggle tough
In his short career, he's pitched well against us, ... I know he's 5-16. I know he's had some tough luck and all, but I think he's going to be a good one. This year's been a struggle for him, but from what I've seen of him, he can pitch.
best chance chip staying work
I thought we could chip away (at 4-0) and I thought it was the best chance of staying in the game. It didn't work out.
against record today track
I've done it a little bit, ... but I still look at Shelton being the first baseman. ... I'm not going to pinch-hit for Shelton, and I would pinch-hit for Pena. Today I'm probably not going to because he's at first. But really, that's more the thinking. Carlos' track record against left-handers has not been as good.
I think it's just the losing, the day in and day out, ... It's probably a little too much for us to overcome.
