I think they came in at a very mature level. I don't think anybody else really knows any other way to do it around here?. I don't think the players do. I don't think the coaches do. It's football season. Maybe I'll see it differently next week. Any time a player goes from one system to another, one thing that could be a problem is breaking old habits. It's not that you don't understand what the new responsibilities or plays are, but just the fact that you've been doing something a long time - it's a habit - and that's not what's required in the other system. And that means kind of undoing something before you can even start to do something new.

I think you have to be careful about trying to stop one guy in this league. There's not too many teams that you play that have only one player. The Raiders are a team that has, when they're on offense, 11 good ones and you better be ready to stop all of them.
