A lot of players in our class can do things that others can't do.
definitely half huge
It's a huge weekend. It's important to make a statement. We have a whole half to go, but we definitely want to make an impression.
college difficult general handle losses
I've never experienced back-to-back losses in college. It's difficult to handle a loss in general and this is harder.
attitude automatic bring energy level playing year
It was a lot different this year not having the automatic bid. We'll bring a whole new attitude and level of energy to the tournament. This is when we should be playing our best.
boston forget good
It was a good reminder. I never want to feel like we did at Boston and Washington. We won't forget it.
adrenaline dizzy game nature sickness
I got a little dizzy before the game but by then it was too late. I think the competitive nature and the adrenaline outweighed any sickness or fatigue.
funny tradition tree
The tradition with the tree ... to me, it's funny.
country nation player post practice rather team
There is no other post player in the country I'd rather have on my team than Brooke. Now the whole nation can see what we see in practice every day.
country great nation player post practice
There is no other post player in the country I would want on my team. Now the whole nation will get to see what we see in practice and that's how great she is.
advantage climbs confidence gives opportunity plays runs team tight
There are always runs and spurts, and once we got it going we got a lot of confidence. I like it when a team plays tight because it gives me an opportunity to get by quicker. You have to take advantage of a team that climbs all over you.
control feeling felt game good guess loss walk
We had the game and we felt we had control. I guess with every loss some good comes out of it but we can't walk away feeling good about the way we played.
knew missing open
We couldn't get more open shots, we were just missing them. I knew once we got rolling, it would be all right.
bring future hard ncaa played tournament toward work
We played hard, but we didn't do the little things. I think we all know we can do better, and bring more and we need to work on that. The Pac-10 is important, but the NCAA tournament is our goal, our future and we are working toward that.
found roles secure
We are making improvements every day, every practice. I think we've all found a rhythm. Our roles are secure now.
