As far as hanging out, not really. But we always talk to each other on the range. Sometimes we play practice rounds. You know, (we're) decent friends.

I hit a bad tee shot, in the fairway bunker, then I caught it a little heavy and hit it in the bunker short of the green, then missed about a 20-footer for par. It was just kind of a nightmare hole for me.

You know, not a bad start to the year. Hopefully, I can take something from here that is positive. I wasn't able to get anything going today, but my first three rounds were really solid. David was just too tough today. He played well all week.

There's a lot of good drives I hit that end up in the rough, and that's kind of the way it is. As long as you're missing on the right side and have angles to the pin, you can manage.

I had told him before, if this doesn't work out as a head coaching job, plan on me coming to help him. I guess we're rivals now.

He makes so many of those, and it's just amazing. You always see it. You kind of expect it from a player like that.
celebrate definitely halfway holes left
I don't think there's anything to celebrate yet. There's 36 holes left and we're only halfway through. I'm definitely excited. It's where I want to be.
