bad bit late sick
He got sick a little bit late in the week, ... It got bad (Friday) night.
depth game night
Considering their depth and our depth, I'll take a night game this time.
office
I think I'm going to go back to the office and see the trainers,
listening scared sitting trying worried
I'm just listening to everything that's going on, evaluating everything that's going on, trying to see where it's headed, ... I'm not worried. I'm not sitting there worried or scared at all.
injuries needs playing time
It's OK. It's not where it needs to be. Most of that is because of injuries and not having enough time playing together.
bowl fun games keeping philosophy playing purpose reward spots top unless
My philosophy about bowl games has always been (that) unless you're playing for a championship or one of the top spots in the country, it should be a reward and it should be fun for the kids. That being said, they're keeping score, so you're going out with the purpose of winning.
places remember rest san team worse

bowl families fans francisco initial san south tougher travel
There was initial disappointment because it's so much tougher for our families and our fans to get to the games. I don't think it was this bowl or San Francisco. I think it was just the thought of having to travel so far. If San Francisco were in South Alabama, I think it would be fine.
bunch found great holes knew realize
I didn't realize it was that many. I knew it was a lot. He got to the creases and found holes and made a bunch of plays. Ratliff did a great job.
bench biggest brightest chance church early ended football game guys highest jump morning people press richest unity
The early church, when they started, they were together. They had unity. They had oneness. And they ended up impacting the world, ... One morning I read that and I said, 'That's just like the game of football.' It's not necessarily that the church had the richest people or the brightest people, but they had unity and they had oneness. A football team, you don't necessarily have to have the biggest and the fastest, guys who can jump the highest and bench press the most, but if you've got unity and oneness, you have a chance to be a champion.
good ideas thoughts time
I think it's a good time to put some new ideas and new thoughts into the offense.
