It's fairly close at the top of the conference this year. We've got the potential to win it, but we could also finish third or fourth, too.

We didn't run well at home in our last meet, so improving on that is a first step. If we don't get our ducks in order Saturday, we'll get schooled.

We were better in a couple of spots, but overall we need to be better mentally prepared for a race. Cross country's a sport where you have to be ready to go when the gun goes off. You're not going to find the answers out of the course.
