We know in this game there are going to be some injuries, but you can try to help yourself stay away from that by doing certain things - keeping your body in shape and staying healthy. I think it?ll help me as far as longevity in the game.

Around here, our coaches don't let us get back on the field unless we're ready, ... I was ready to go out and play. They let you work your way back in and get on the field at your pace.
