I just need to figure out how to get open against double-teams. That?s part of the game. It?s hard to adjust to. I?m not making excuses. I know sometimes I have to maneuver past the defenders.

When I come back, I?m prepared. I?m starting to learn how to take care of my body. I know my body. I know when I need to sit down, when I?m really hurting. I?m at that point now where I really know my body and I?m listening to myself now.

Everybody knows what kind of player he is ? Pro Bowl player, All-Pro player, a great competitor on and off the field. He's a great teacher. I learned a lot from him, and I'm pretty sure some of the other guys (on the Jets) are going to learn some things from him, too.
