benefit given great hope legs next number year
He's given us great hope and he's given us great confidence. I didn't see this out of him this year. I just thought it would take next year before he got his legs under him. Benefit number one is his health.
defensive presence starting
It's still close, ... I think Delonte does more on the defensive end, and you want a defensive presence starting a game.
belong carter dangerous guys jason league three win
I think they belong under the dangerous category. I just look at the three guys ? Vince Carter Jason Kidd, and (Richard) Jefferson. There's no better combination in the league at 1, 2 and 3. When you have that in the league you can win big.
adjust effort human
It was one of those human games. We can adjust the effort and we can adjust the execution.
expect figure happen surprises understand veterans
I think the veterans expect pain. They understand what is going to happen and they keep rolling. With young guys, it surprises them. They haven't had it probably before in their lives. They have to figure out, first, if they can play, and then they have to figure out how to play with it.
difficult early mental

bad ball hold impossible offense passing pressure putting
With our bad passing and turnovers, we are putting so much pressure on our offense that it's impossible for us to hold it. We have to be better with the ball and better defensively.
game needed team throwback win
This was an important win for us. In our standards, this was like a throwback game defensively. So, it was what we needed. I think this team needed this win.
decision far
This was by far the worst, the toughest. I'll second-guess every decision I made, and everything we did.
basketball player want
Good players want to be coached... Great players want to be told the truth
basketball discipline losing
How competitive can you be without losing your discipline?
basketball balls picks
Encourage 'random' picks on the ball because they cannot be scouted
groups want ifs
If you want to go quickly, go by yourself - if you want to go farther, go in a group.
