bit guys healthy
It's a little bit more up-tempo because they've got guys healthy now.
bad best good miss played proud shots small
I thought we had a good look. It was too bad it didn't go in. We did the best we could with Yao with the small lineup we played with. We made Yao miss some shots and I was proud of our team.
bad basketball confidence floor good knowing knows seeing teammates
He's got a good feel now about seeing the floor and knowing where his teammates are. And he's got a lot more confidence in his teammates. He knows it's bad basketball to try to go one-on-three.
careful missed
I'll be careful what I say. He missed shots.
low point
That was our low point of the season.
answer dropping high level played
I thought Brendan played better in November; he's dropping off a little bit. We need Brendan to come back and play at a high level for us. I just don't have an answer why there is some slippage there.
hospital hours medical perfectly professor quick ralph reported stay
Ralph is going to stay in the hospital for 24 hours for observation. That is perfectly routine. Professor Watkins, the FIA medical delegate, reported that Ralph made a very quick recovery.
assassin basketball belief focused good job lead player playoff team three victories
How will he react? Will he be focused to lead this team the right way to as many victories as we can get? Will he sulk for three weeks? My belief is that he'll be a focused assassin -- a focused basketball player to get the job done and lead this team to a good playoff position.
clinic close defensive holding jump quarter second shoot somebody
The second quarter was like a defensive clinic for us. Holding somebody like the Celtics, who shoot close to 50 percent, holding them down to only 10 points. That kind of jump started us.
basketball playoff war
These are the playoffs. We didn't play playoff basketball in the first game. Playoff basketball is war and hell. We go to war and give them hell.
crucial matured next night played pleasant surprise year
It's night and day from one year to the next year. He's so very crucial to our success. . . . It was a pleasant surprise how much he matured and how well he played for us.
bad coming energy game good outside situations stuff talked
Coming into this game, we talked about being more energized, more enthusiastic and have more camaraderie, and that was the most important thing. All the things we didn't see in the first game -- outside of the stats -- we just didn't have enough energy and enthusiasm. We didn't have that and that is the stuff that is going to get you out of a lot of bad situations and put you in a good one.
chance experience good last ourselves winning year
It is good that we had the experience last year of going down 0-2 and winning the series. We don't want to do that this year. We don't think that is a good formula. I think we are going to show up better and give ourselves a better chance of winning.
attacks best bit early help home knows players
I think he may be more aggressive. He's a little bit different at home - he attacks early and often. But he knows that the best players help their teammates, and that's what he's been doing.
