I thought about it when I saw that. Maybe other people will be called. I guess anybody who they believed to know something, they want to hear (those) people talk.
balls hit run saw spring
I saw balls that were hit where he had to run and stop. I didn't see much favoring in the knee. He's so much better than he was in spring training. That was a real workout.
amazing believe complain fly game ground hard hurt loafing played run running saw tough
I never saw him loafing to first. He used to run hard every ground ball, every fly ball, ... It was amazing the way he played the game. Because sometimes you just don't feel like running hard when you think it's going to be an out. If you see him before the game, you didn't believe he was so tough a player. He used to play hurt every day. Used to complain he didn't sleep. But when the game started, he was just marvelous.
knee last ok saw swinging
Last year, I saw him favoring his knees. I didn't see him favoring the knee today. I didn't see it when he was batting. When he was swinging the bat, it was OK with me.
good last managing practicing running saw time tomorrow
I saw it on the scoreboard. I didn't have a lot of time to think about it because I was managing the last two innings. Tomorrow is the big day to make plans. He's been practicing and running around. That's good enough for me, of course.
ball hitting saw since time tired
It's tough. Now Pedro is down in the .250s. I think (Wednesday) I saw Pedro tired for the first time since I've managed him. ... And Alfonzo hasn't been hitting the ball hard.
bats hit home runs saw spring training watch
I saw him hit 10 home runs in 40 at bats one spring training. If he's in spring training mode, watch out.
corner guy ruled saw strike
I thought the guy was out. Saw a strike on the corner that was not ruled a strike.
barry saw
Barry got two at-bats and saw some pitches. It's not enough, but it's better than nothing.

No brawl. No fight. Kind of a strange. I never saw anything like that before.
excited gives great guys teammates watching
It's a big difference. It gives me a lot of confidence. The guys feel great about having him back. The new guys are excited about being his teammates and watching him hit.
innings seen since worst
I've got to say that was one of the worst innings I've ever seen since I put on a uniform.
bonds closer playing talking team
Closer to our ?A' team will be playing tomorrow. You're talking about Bonds and (Steve) Finley and (Mark) Sweeney.
bases believe capable great guy hide hitting home judged left question reach runs since speed steal talent
This guy is only being judged by the home runs now. Right now, he's only capable of hitting home runs. He doesn't steal the bases anymore. He's not the (superb) left fielder anymore. He doesn't have the speed anymore. I believe that when we reach back, we are going to hide all that talent that started when he was a kid. Because there's no question about it, this guy's been great since he was a kid.
