UK has a unique mission and a unique mandate and I think we've articulated the financial needs for meeting that mandate in our business plan and we've been consistent from Day One that that be adequately funded not only to help the university but to help the commonwealth.

Obviously what we've heard and read, we're very excited about. But we have not seen the final numbers and we won't until the General Assembly approves the budget.
