Jay McKeeis a retired ice hockey defenceman. He last played for the Pittsburgh Penguins of the National Hockey League, and was previously with the Buffalo Sabres and the St. Louis Blues. Throughout his career he has been noted among the NHL's best shot-blockers. He later served as an assistant coach for the Rochester Americans. At the same time, while I was hoping to get a term deal and didn't, there's are some positives with that, too. If I don't renegotiate with Buffalo during the season, then I'll hit the open market. At the end of the tunnel is unrestricted free agency, and that's something every player looks forward to. That could be a very exciting time.
