Those are high expectations. But I think he expects to be a very good player for a long, long time. He's very talented. There are things he can do. He works hard. He has a great attitude. We expect big things from him.

There is a fine line between being able to control your body and having all that energy. He's learning how to do it. He wants to get a hit so bad that he will do anything it takes. If you told him to stand on his head, he would try it. Sometimes you try to make up for two weeks in one day. It doesn't work that way. You're anxious to get a hit. You're in a hurry to get a hit.

The only way that as a manager or as a player that we can change that is for our club to play better and for people to enjoy watching our club. My job is to get our club to win, whether there's one fan in the stands or 60,000. People like winners.
