certainly expense goal healthy ncaa players playing round team
We want to play well, but certainly not at the expense of playing players that aren't healthy. Our goal is for our team to be healthy for the first round of the NCAA Tournament.
expect market money seen taking
We've seen a lot of index money come into the market and I expect that to continue, taking us higher.
adjustment dave kevin played since starting
Kevin is very comfortable on the court. He's been starting since he was a freshman. Dave and Brent played well for us, but it's an adjustment for them.
judgments later ought played reserve statements twelve
Let's be honest, what are we? Twelve and five? We've played 17 games. I think we ought to reserve those kind of judgments and statements to much later down the road.
carolina north talking
I don't know why everybody's talking about me going to North Carolina State. I never said I was going there.
seniors supposed
That is what seniors are supposed to do.
excited tigers
The LSU Tigers are 12-2 and are in first place all by themselves. They were excited about that.
benchmark coach looked program
I never looked at this as a benchmark for our program or a benchmark for me as a coach or a benchmark for our players.
last quick
He was 338 last season, ... We said he was at 320, but we lied. Now he's at 306 or 312. Really. He was quick last year. At 310, he's like nimble quick.

He's been hampered by that a little bit. But there's no question that we wouldn't be where we're at now without Darrell Mitchell.
deeper fans high school seen
I think it translates into your fans having a deeper connection, maybe, having seen (the Tigers) play in high school and now at LSU.
coaching junior likes special
He's a special freshman. He's like coaching a junior already. He soaks it up like a sponge. He likes being here.
letting loving players serious team wrong
I thought our team was being who it is, outgoing, fun, but loving and serious when they need to be. From some of the backgrounds that our players are from, there's nothing wrong with letting out the emotion.
college drafted either high kids prep school window year
I think it does nothing. It's window dressing. You either come to college for a year or you go to a prep school. How many high school kids got drafted anyway? A handful? So I don't think it does anything to help.
