Our guys are changed with, in policing the sport, expecting that they have to take the personalities out of it. They can't look at who's driving the car, or who the crew chief on the car is. It's more of, this is a car and all 43 of them are checked the same.

As it transfers to stock cars, and particularly applies to Daytona and Talladega, with the cars running closer together, a bump draft at the right time in the right place is not the worst thing in the world. Yeah, briefly, but it's a lot easier for us to address each penalty situation on its own, with its own merits, but along with that, it's not that much different in the world we live in: A first-time offense for somebody is a lot of the times treated a little softer than somebody that has a history.

The tire-leasing is not specifically designed to eliminate testing. It has the huge purpose of eliminating tire testing. I'm not talking about running a race track; I'm talking about taking 50 tires to an independent lab and spending hundreds of thousands of dollars testing. It's definitely designed to eliminate that. And quite frankly, we're only three weeks into that, but it's working pretty good.
