catch change cut fire million price sell sony xbox
I think Sony will do a price cut in the fall. Now, if Xbox were to catch fire and look like it's going sell 5 or 6 million units, then Sony may change it's mind, but I don't think that's going to happen.
expect launch platforms xbox
If all the platforms launch in 2001 that we think are going to launch, I expect the Xbox to be No. 3 this year,
attractive audience bigger business choose console core gives larger less market model older plan share shot similar time xbox younger
Nintendo has a very interesting opportunity, if they choose to use it, to get a larger market share of the older audience, ... Nintendo has always had the core audience of younger players. At this time during other console launches, they've had a business plan that was less attractive for third-party publishers. This time around, the model is real similar to Xbox and Sony. My sense is you're going to see more third-party support, which gives them a bigger shot at that older audience.
available exploited portfolio power titles ton xbox
It's very important for (Microsoft) to show us a portfolio of titles that are only available on Xbox and that show the power of that machine. I think there is a ton of headroom that has yet to be exploited in the Xbox.

audience audiences point possible safe serious sony unclear window year
I think its safe to say that Sony is going for the broadest possible audience you can imagine, ... For the year 2000, PlayStation has a pretty big window of opportunity. It is unclear at this point if there is any serious competition.
fun game introduce mean online people
It is one thing to say you're going to introduce online gaming, but it is another thing to say it's really fun to play with, ... Just because a console's Web-enabled doesn't mean it's fun to play with. Somebody's got to come up with an online game that people want to play.
becoming bit decisions japan management might seems
Japan is probably becoming a bit more influential in the day-to-day management decisions at Nintendo of America. It seems that might have been going on for a little while.

demand few games hold launch opening points price seeing weeks words
Opening price points are still where they were. In other words, you still launch at $49, but after a few weeks go by, demand dries up. So you're not seeing games hold the price point as long.
addressing aggressive approach enterprise establish fought hard taking treating
We are treating it like a big deal. We have fought hard to establish credibility in the enterprise so we're taking a very aggressive approach in addressing this.
agreeing anybody council needs work
Our council needs to know what we are agreeing with down the road. I don't see how anybody can work with that agreement.
