Maybe one of the marquee schools can operate a little differently. But to me, it's a great advantage to have consistency with your coaching staff.

I still maintain the best thing about (Hodge and Greenway) is it's not what they do on the field, which is significant, it's all the things they contribute off the field in terms of leadership, work ethic, attitude. They're so different and yet so similar in terms of the contributions they make.
