In the morning, I have certain aspirations. One of my goals is to avoid looking at the computer or checking e-mail for at least an hour after I wake up. I also try to avoid alarm clocks as much as possible, because it's just nice to wake up without one.

Things are going in the right direction. There's no question in my mind that I can play out here. I'm going to go out (today) and take it one shot at a time, play smart and stay positive.

I'm really proud of Nick because he just wrestled the tournament of his life. Last year, he was this pudgy kid who never could crack the lineup. We saw flashes of greatness from him during the regular season and now he just keeps plugging away in the tournaments.

I had no clue I'd love it this much. From day one, I fell in love with it, and I gave it my all every time I practiced.

His numbers speak for themselves. He took a big step from last year and we hope he takes another big step next season.

I learned a lot the year we won the Super Bowl in Baltimore (with the Ravens). I made mistakes, but I'm also not usually someone who dwells on the great things that happen, either. I can be critical of myself and the people around me, and I want to improve all the time.

I don't feel guilty about it at all. After I've done all my math and science classes and all the English papers I've written, I'm more than happy just to kick back.

The kids are coming along. They're looking forward to playing a real game ... I've seen a lot of improvement in each of the scrimmages. I've seen a lot of good things. The kids are competing hard.

I have, like, three suits to my name. But one thing I've learned is that when you dress up in real life, people treat you differently.

I think that's the beauty of baseball. You can be any shape or size and go out there and compete.

It's an indescribable feeling. Growing up, I used to do anything to hang out with the (former A-League's now-defunct) Colorado Foxes.

It's our honor to be able to come out here and speak with our troops and learn more about the military operation coming out of Tampa.
