It could have better. But it could have been a lot worse. I was pleased with the way I hit the ball today. It was just nice to finally get out there and play.

It certainly leads to a lot of late nights and hard work. There is a quality established with their brand and reputation and certainly we take personal responsibility for living up to that.

I thought we put together the most complete game we've had all year. Our first half was super strong. It was great to see everyone working on the same page.

I thought we were going to be a lot better. I think the kids thought we were going to be a lot better. It just didn't happen.

It hurts. You play this game for a reason: to get to the playoffs, and give yourself a chance to win a championship. If you're out of the playoffs, you can't win a championship.
along beat football hurts michigan tradition
It hurts a lot. As much as it's a tradition for football, we try to take it along with us. We don't want to get beat by Michigan any time. To go up there and play like that just hurts a lot.
