I just told them I was going to be a different quarterback, ... I was going to keep my poise. I was going to stay in the pocket. I was going to make sure what I was seeing was legit. I was seeing the field and seeing everything clearly and I was able to get guys involved. That's what I've been looking for. That's what we've been looking for as an offense, and it worked.

I just think more precaution should be taken when I'm inside the pocket. Look at all the replays - I'm on the ground every time. It's unfortunate for myself, it's unfortunate for my team and I'd be lying if I sat here and said I wasn't frustrated right now.

I just had to let him know, man, you're not going to take cheap shots, and you're not going to knock me around. I won't retaliate every time like that. I'll just take the flag. But even though I got I little out of character, that's just the competitiveness coming out in me.

I'm just taking it day-to-day to see how it feels. I am feeling better. I'm still a little sore, but it felt good to get out there today and run around, bounce around a little bit. I'm getting flexibility back in my leg and getting my range of motion.
