believe
I'm real superstitious. Somehow, I don't believe it's the uniform.
guess solved
I guess we solved our tacking on problem,
guess last people
I guess those people haven't been around here the last 12 years,
advantage bit good guess guys looking people program scouting
I guess there is a little bit of an advantage, because you get to know guys a little more. But we've got a good scouting program and people out looking (at the other teams). There aren't too many guys that we haven't seen.
felt
I just felt like Dana was going to get them out.
baseball came feeling slightly spring
Before he came to Spring Training, he strained it a little bit. He slightly re-injured it in the World Baseball Classic. He came back and was feeling all right, but he slid into first the other day and kind of tweaked it again.
bring elbow guy
His elbow is sore. We're not going to bring a guy up who's hurt.
bad month
He wouldn't have had a bad month without that problem. We weren't going to use it as an excuse.
amount extended guys playing thinking
I'm thinking about a lot of things. I don't want guys not playing an extended amount of time.
happy swinging
I'm happy with the way we're swinging our bats.
coming everybody matter move occasional taking worry
I may move him up or down, but I'm not taking him out of the lineup no matter what happens. He'll get his occasional day off just like everybody will get, but he doesn't have to worry about coming out of the lineup. He's playing.
fits green wall
I really like the board, but the green was a little bright. Now it fits the wall out there.
great intent player spring winning
I put him up there with the intent of him winning the game. You know, he's had such a great spring for us, he's such a veteran-type player who really is comfortable in those situations.
bobby fashion good talk true
In true Bobby fashion, all he wanted to talk about was how good we were doing, ... Finally, I said, 'Bobby, look, I called you to talk about you, OK? I want to congratulate you and tell you how good you're doing.'
