beat care gave great guts horse jock johnny possibly race rode run salute treasure tremendous
I salute the winner, and Johnny rode a tremendous race. My jock rode a great race, too. I want to take care of this horse as well as I possibly can, because he gave his guts for us. They had to run to beat this horse today. I've got a real treasure in Bellamy Road.
excited forward great hope keeps race ran
You have to be excited about Great Point. He ran a great race and you just hope he keeps going forward and comes around.
couple either race sure
Either race is very, very tough. Let me just think about it for a couple of days. I want to make sure I'm doing the right thing.
broke deserved good luck races run today tough
She deserved this because she's run well in big races but had some tough luck. Today she broke good and was a different filly.
came four race ran run
He ran an unbelievable race. He hasn't run in four months. He just came up a tad short.
coming duplicate expecting good race
He's coming up to this race as good as he ever has. I'm expecting him to duplicate what he did in the Belmont. I don't know if that's good enough to win, but he should have a good run.
good high hopes horse
We've had high hopes for our horse all year. We'll see how he does Saturday. If he's good enough, he's good enough. I would like to get there with him.
miracle
That would take a miracle to get him in.
george
I think right now, George is very happy.
act good happen hate horses lost
Usually trainers are good to each other and volunteer, but I've had it happen with trainers who hate my guts, and there's trainers who I've lost horses to who I hate their guts. It's uncomfortable, but you have to act like a pro.
fortunate march might
We're going to see where we're at on March 4. The unfortunate thing is we might not see what we want to see, and the fortunate thing is at least it ain't May 4.
improvement length
We're getting close. I like that. We usually find a length or two (improvement) when we come to Kentucky. He's got to be first or second. That's what we need.
hoping
We'll see who develops. That's what I'm hoping for.
breeze ready
He's doing great. He'll be ready for his first breeze in about two weeks.
