That's when you put too much pressure on yourself. And if you do that, you don't pitch well. I'm not going to think so much about it and just play baseball. That's what I'll tell those guys, too.

Everybody has experience, just not as much as Kip. Maybe the rotation doesn't have a leader now. Maybe it's up to everybody to help everybody -- like a committee.
