assistant communication continue graduate great job knows line offensive skills staff system tradition
Derek did a great job working on our staff as a graduate assistant coach. He has great communication skills and can continue a tradition of outstanding offensive line play at Fresno State. Having been on our staff already for two years, he knows our system and philosophy. Additionally, I know he is going to be a great recruiter for Fresno State.

I'm trying to hold myself together. I'm just upset because they're losing their home.
map program road school
That's the way the road map is for a school like ours, ... That's what we've got to do to have the kind of program we want.
defeated games great purpose though
getting a lot of big payday games in big venues, which is great for those programs. I think that has defeated the purpose for us, anyway, of getting really high-profile games, even though they're on the road.
gives main run schedule season team year
The main thing about our schedule every year is it gives us an opportunity, when the season starts, to play for something. If this team can run this table, there's no way they can be denied.
credit plays season sort stretch

change hard keeping lean light line offensive philosophy small
We're very small and lean in weight, but very athletic. I made a real change in my philosophy of offensive line play. We are working very hard at keeping our offensive linemen light and lean.
disposal key knowledge necessary personnel
We've got all the necessary weapons. And if we have key injuries, I think we've got enough personnel to make any adjustments we need. The knowledge of the game, being able to get in and out of plays, we have so much more at our disposal now.

college couple death difficult fifth finished football forward history last looking national opportunity pass premiere program programs respect title tradition trip won
We couldn't pass up an opportunity to play a program like LSU. They have so much history and tradition and respect in the SEC, and as a program won a national title a couple years ago and finished fifth last season. They have been one of the premiere programs in all of college football of this decade. We are looking forward to the trip to Death Valley, where it is difficult to win. We are looking forward to that challenge.
