feeling good present
When he's well-rested and he's feeling good and the circumstances present themselves, I'll do that.
looked tonight
But we bounced back tonight and looked great.
control guy hit hour hurt last lights miles power throw throwing year
But when a guy can throw 97 miles an hour like he was last year and he's throwing it right to the corners, and he's got a power slider, that's going to hurt you. You can't hit that guy. That's why he was lights out last year. His control has not been there this year.
last life took turn worse
Burke was able to play today, ... But he took a turn for the worse severely last night. And he's on life support.
felt pitchers
I felt like in a seven-game series, having 11 pitchers is probably going to be important.
extra felt move pitcher pitchers
I felt like that in a seven-game series, that having 11 pitchers is probably going to be an important move to make. To have an extra pitcher on the roster would probably help.
experience felt last pitching playoffs pleased reflection
I felt like Raul has a little more experience with our pitching staff, ... He was in the playoffs last year, and I felt like it was important to go with that experience right now. I do think that Humberto is a big part of our future. This is not a reflection on what he's doing right now. He's doing well; we're very pleased with his progress.
although best both control downhill game gets great heat high hope looks people pitch seen sides
I feel that we have not seen his best game, although I can see why people are very high on him. He has a great downhill tilt, he looks like when he gets his game together, he can control both sides of the plate. He's down in the zone. I would hope he would go down there and pitch right from the get-go and put a little heat on us up here.
bat hopefully maybe swinging tender three
I feel like he's swinging the bat well. I don't want to see him out there at the plate, have three at-bats and maybe be a little tender and maybe do something a little different. We'll give him one more day and hopefully he'll be 100 percent.
open somebody strange
I find it strange that somebody would say we have to open it now.
feeling hope major ok red seems
If I say I am concerned, it seems like there's a red flag. There are no red flags. I just hope it's OK and I hope it's getting better and that he's feeling good. I don't see that this is a major issue.
bruise guess half knee next ok percent somewhat sort
I guess I could say the bruise is sort of diffused somewhat so he doesn't have a half sized watermelon on his knee now. I feel 100 percent that he will be OK to make his next start.
control game happy lead row turned won
If we had won 10 in a row to get a one-game lead right now, I'd be happy as all get-out. No, I don't like the way that game turned out, but we still control our destiny.
lost tennessee
I don't know, after Tennessee lost yesterday, he's probably a little flat. He's a big Volunteer.
