extend extremely game hard kids played playing seniors
I am extremely disappointed for our seniors that weren't able to get this game and extend their season. Our kids competed hard and played hard, but playing hard doesn't get you what you want. And what we wanted was a win.
backs bit effort everybody expected guys job line offensive pass playing pride regardless running work
Everybody has to take a bit more pride and effort that the No. 1 job of the offensive line and running backs is pass protection. You don't want that quarterback to be touched. His experience and his ability to understand what's going on have put him in a favorable position.

I think we have a number of guys, as they continue to get more experience, that can go in. What has to happen is that we need to have more consistency at that position.
five good guys hearing room work
I think it's working out very well. It's good because all five of those guys or all 15 of those guys are in the same room and they're hearing the same thing. Not that there was a problem, but I think those five always have to work together.

I saw him holding his hand and asked if he was all right. He said he was. But you could just see when he went back out there that there was a little bit of a problem.

We'll try to keep him as fresh as we can.

We've made up a lot of ground. With each year we've recruited, we've gotten faster and faster. We've increased our team speed each year, but are we to the level of a Georgia Tech? I don't think so.
