I'm assuming they haven't played every period like that this year. They were flying. They definitely sent a message.
I?m assuming that they haven?t played every period like that this year or they probably would be undefeated. They definitely sent a message.
I'm as competitive as they come. I was well aware that the Big Guy (Dominik Hasek) was 3-0 and I wanted to do my part, too.
I don't really read that stuff, but I'm sure he's probably trying to get in my head.
I don't know if we had high hopes for tonight or not but we wanted to win. I don't want to take anything away from them. They played really well and finished us off at the end.
I didn't think I was going to play the whole month. The team's been playing well and I haven't looked too far ahead. We're still battling, but I'm definitely pleased with that month.
I didn't even know about it. I'm sure he didn't play as many games as we did this month (16), but Bernie Parent ... that's pretty cool.
I just want to play as well as I can each and every night and take it one step at a time. I haven't gotten ahead of myself, I just want to look forward to the next game and let Dom's situation and the rest take care of itself.
I don't want to get ahead of myself. I'm excited to get a chance to play, but I'm taking it one step at a time.
It sure will be nice to get back to our own beds for a few nights.
It's a different game being up three goals in the first period. I thought we were flying out there.
They want to see wins and it was a tough night. It's understood you don't want to get booed but they were cheering when I was winning so that's part of being a fan.
It's exciting. More importantly the team is doing well and hopefully I've done enough to stick around and can fill the void when Dominik (Hasek) can't play.
It's the job of the backup goalie to be ready to play.
