These guys are in as good a shape as they've ever been in their lives, there's no question about that. What happens is the expectation is that we're going to go out, we're going to go through practice and just get through it. As far as we've got to go, we can't do that. In my mind the game's tomorrow. I think it's important that we get the right guy who can come in here and recruit and just continue doing the things that we're doing. The mistake would be to rush into something. We're fine; this thing is going to keep on going at the same speed. We're not going to slow down a bit. I don't foresee any change at all.

The amount of football that we have in is a lot more than it was last year. Everybody's on the same page - the coaching staff, the players - in terms of what we expect. It's been a lot smoother and, consequently, we've gotten a lot more work done.

I think he's going to get bigger and better. He's going to play a lot of football here. If he continues to progress the way he has this spring and in the weight room this winter, there's no reason why he can't be an awfully good player in the Big Ten Conference.
