Sarah Will is a paralympic skier who spent 11 years on the U.S. Disabled Ski Team. During this time, she earned a record 13 medalswhile competing in four Winter Paralympic Games between 1992 and 2002. Will serves as a ski instructor and is otherwise active in the Vail community. My favorite workouts are the ones that don't feel like I'm working out! So, dance is a big one. Another is any kind of isolated moves, like ballet moves. Anything that works the glutes and legs - sign me up! And I like to blast the music. I have to get lost in the music. That helps.

best events hit last life meet shock year
Last year was incredible. I never thought I could do better, and yet I did. I hit big on all of my events and everything went great. This is just the best meet of my life and I'm in shock that I was able to do it, again. I feel lucky.
