Sometimes you kind of tune it out because he's talking so much.
See you in the fall. For good, this time.
We should be. It's great to see they did so well. As a group of guys, we want to do the same thing.
was amazing. You don't have a choice but to play your best. They force you do do that because they're smart and that's the fun part for me, I'm being challenged to think faster and be creative.
Five-on-five, we really didn't give them too much.
Every time we played them this year, it has been brought up. I'm not going to lie, it was something that was lingering. It was nice to finally close that up.
There was a lot of firsts: my first game, first goal, first penalty, ... Everything seemed to be a first thing for me, so everything kind of watched it that way. But things have died down a little bit. Not totally, but a lot more than what it was at the start of the season.
This is amazing, ... I'm just really relieved. It's unbelievable. I'm so happy right now.
They've been unbelievable. We've had some ups and downs -- probably a lot more downs -- and they've been there throughout it all to support us.
They said there really wasn't much they could do.
They try to keep a close eye on me, they just wanted to play the body and get their hands up a little bit when they're hitting. I expect every game to be physical.
You don't want to make his job more difficult, make him have to face 45-46 shots every night. But there's a confidence level with him right now, and that's the most important thing. I think things are starting to get better with us. We have to keep going and keep improving.
You don't want to get in the habit of seeing those. But I guess we're a little more prepared for stuff like that now.
This is what I'm here to do and I'm very excited, ... It's been busy, busier than normal with the lottery and the draft, so it's going to be nice to get into a routine and get on the ice every day. That's the fun part.
