I look at the role models I had when I was a sophomore and what a great year that was for me. Those guys always watched out for me and I was constantly looking to them for leadership. Now, it's up to me to give that same experience to the younger kids. I have to treat them with respect and let them know how important wrestling is going to be to them not just in high school but for the rest of their life.
