It takes a very mature young man (to do what he did). He's made good decisions for his age, choices guys his age don't usually make. He's a very humble person and he's been taught well by his mother about how to receive praise.

That's not good on offense, but that's the kind of mentality you want to develop on defense. If you can start doing it everyday, you build that personality to where everyone (on defense) is going to get one.

I want to see some big plays (offensively) and how Will manages the team. This will be the first time we will get to see him do that.
