I really only did theater in school in college. I did summer stock a couple of times in the summer, and plays that the school put on. Obviously, movies don't almost ever shoot in sequence.

I remember very distinctly being so tall I didn't fit sleeves, so I ended up modeling lingerie and bathing suits, sleeveless stuff, basically. I didn't have a good body, but I believed I knew how to stand or pose to mask it.

I used to be very unathletic. I was always so gangly and self-conscious about my height. I had convinced myself I was uncoordinated. And as a result, I didn't want to try stuff.

Once I fix what kids watch, I'll be moving on to everything else.

We're showing kids a world that is very scantily populated with women and female characters. They should see female characters taking up half the planet, which we do.

We're making this as entertainment. But God willing, if this show stays on and people see a woman in that office for a while, I think it will help people become more used to it. It's certainly about time that we had a few female presidents.

The problem is that they have so much confidence in their ability that they don't get worried, for they have been able to reel the leaders in before, ... A different season means different strategies.
media ideas interesting
Television is interesting, in that the pace is quicker and you can see your work more quickly than with movies. And then, with the added social media aspect, you can access that relationship to the fans directly and you have control of the content of what you say, your perspective, your opinions and your ideas.
