Barry Lee Alvarezis a former American football coach who is currently the athletic director at the University of Wisconsin–Madison. He served as the head football coach at Wisconsin for 16 seasons, from 1990 to 2005, compiling a career college football record of 118–73–4. When you lose the entire front four, and they were all drafted by the NFL, it's easy to say you won't be any good, ... But when you really research it, you see those guys have played and they have the ability. The great thing about athletics is that what's written doesn't make any difference. It's what you do.
