group men moral prouder victories win
There are no moral victories in the NFL. You win or you lose. We lost, but I've never been prouder to be part of a group of men than these guys.
both early foul last mouths riding taste
We both want that nasty, foul taste out of our mouths from last Sunday. All but early in the season, there's a lot riding on it right now.
coaching head hopefully indeed jim looking next seen supportive
We're going to be very supportive of Jim's looking and hopefully being able to procure a head coaching job. I think Jim would be outstanding. If indeed that doesn't happen, Jim will be back next year. Some of the speculation I've seen is just that, because Jim and I have already had discussions about some of the things we need to do.
process responsibility talking tired
The process is what I am tired of talking about sometimes, ... At some point, everyone has to take responsibility for their actions.
approach football holds isolate left rest stay team work year
When you're a 2-4 football team, you go back to work and you work your way through. That's what's left of this team right now, ... What the rest of the year holds for us, we'll find out and we'll see what that means. This team will stay together, it will work and it will try to isolate the way that we can get better. That's the only approach I know how to take at this point.
crack losing nut start stopping streak third tough win
When you're 0-2, your whole world has to be about getting that first win and stopping that slide. A two-game losing streak to start the season, it can't get to that third game. That's a tough nut to crack if it does.
brain wow freak
So I hear they call you 'The Freak' Wow, that's quite a coincidence. They call me 'The Brain.'
reality play green
As Dennis Green used to say, there really is a time for pay and a time to play. And right now we're in the time for pay. That's just the reality of it.
new-york team mean
I told my team before we walked out on to the field in Tampa, I wanted them to stop and look each other in the eye - I mean really look each other in the eye because 10 minutes after we we're done beating the New York Giants, I knew that world would change; free agency, the business side of the business. I wanted them to appreciate this doesn't come very often. It may be the last time you have that opportunity.
prudent time
For Todd, it's time to go after it, ... We'll be prudent about it.
absorb afraid decide happened help prepared until
I am afraid I'm not going to be much help to you right now. I am not prepared to give you a lot of observations until I absorb this and look at the film and decide what happened and how we are going to go forward.
plain trade
I can do the math. You can't trade sevens for three, plain and simple.
potential rehab via
There's always the potential via the rehab if it flares up again. That potential always exists.
severe
It's always more severe than it sounds. We'll have to see on the toe.
