call conference everybody feels players support sure ted vote
Ted wanted this vote to make sure everybody was on board. He had the support of the players on the conference call (Monday), but he thought we should have the vote so that everybody feels comfortable with him.

I think we're ready to play them when the puck drops, and we're expecting a battle for 60 minutes. When we do play 60 minutes, we're a tough team to beat.

It's not something that in this dressing room is on our mind. I totally understand the media making a big deal out of this, but the coaching staff is going to handle this the right way, I have no doubt about that at all.

I think we were in a situation (with Martin) where we knew all the drills by heart. We'd do some different things, but you kind of knew what was going to happen day-to-day.
break helped injured knowing olympic playing struggling time
Before the Olympic break he was struggling a little bit, as was the team. I think the break rejuvenated him. Knowing that Dom was injured and he was going to get some playing time helped him relax.
