dominated heads lit second
In the second half, they lit us up and we had our heads down a little. We didn't get much from our post, and they just dominated the boards.
half second
In the second half and in the overtime, we rebounded well and made shots.
last played playing proud stopped time
I'm proud of our kids. They never stopped playing hard. Last time we played them, we had 11 players. This time we had seven. That was the difference.
contact creates hard mind player sure versatile ways
I'm sure it's hard in some ways for her, but she's a versatile player who doesn't mind the banging. She creates contact and can shoot, so there are a lot of positives.
great happy light players
For the players and their confidence, it was great just to see them happy and to smile. They can see light now at the end of the tunnel.
huge number
It's a huge weekend, number one to get our confidence.
freshman hard players playing road
It's not that we're not playing hard. We're playing hard and we're playing a lot of young players who at times make freshman mistakes, so it's - particularly on the road - it's more difficult.
challenge good
It's going to be a good challenge for us.
adversity cal couple effort game good great home kids number team total tough win

brought came fine lunch
They're fine now. We came back (from the break), brought our lunch pails and worked.
bring counselors grief spend team
The grief counselors have been wonderful. We're going to bring them back in and spend a little more time, because we know we're much better team than we've been showing.
aspects improving mainly
The important thing is improving some aspects - mainly rebounding. We've got to rebound. We've got to be more consistent.
light month
All of a sudden, it's like a light went on for Kelsey about a month ago. I told her she was going to go out there and play, and she has.
games mentally needed physically
The games would be, I won't say easier, but I would say we'll be better prepared. We needed to get mentally and physically tougher.
