family outside team
Lisa's away from the team for family matters. Outside of that, I can't say anything.
forward game teams win
For us, every game we win is a celebration. We are probably a little different than some teams in that way. We are just going forward one game at time.
fuel gas mentally physically tank team
This team is like a gas tank and we used all of our fuel on Thursday's game. I think we were all emotionally, mentally and physically tired.
anyone good home returned seniors team tough washington year
When you play anyone on their home court, I think it's going to be a tough game. Washington is a real good team and they're going to play a lot of people. They returned everyone from a year ago and all their seniors are fifth-year seniors.
frustrated lose playing team
The team is frustrated because they want to win. We're playing to lose right now and not to win.
grieving happy hard process team
Even for me it's difficult, it really is. It's hard to say where the grieving process is, but I know right now I'm not happy with how the team is playing. I should say I'm more disappointed.
adversity cal couple effort game good great home kids number team total tough win

That week was surreal. We were numb, we made it through it.

I think she grew up and she knew that she had to play hard and play smart.

We need to be more consistent rebounding and boxing out. I'd also like to see more consistency.
adjustment good knew
We thought she could be a good perimeter scorer. At the same time, we knew it would be an adjustment for her.
