Larry Edward Cokeris an American football coach and former player. From 2001 to 2006, Coker served as the head coach at the University of Miami. His 2001 Miami team was named the consensus national champion after an undefeated season that culminated with a victory in the Rose Bowl over Nebraska. I don't know all the details of what happened after the game, but certainly we don't condone activities such as that. That certainly detracts from a great bowl game and what the spirit of college football is all about.

Devin's going to be a great player for us and I just haven't been around a corner more talented than Devin Hester. And we expect him to be a really great corner. But again, he's been there one year. And let's understand, Marcus Maxey is very talented. He's an awfully good player or he wouldn't be there.

Having these players come back is a tremendous advantage because they know what it's all about. They know how painful it is to lose. They know how great it is to win at the University of Miami.

I think Kyle is really getting better. He got a lot of experience last year, but I think his timing is better and Todd Berry (quarterbacks coach) has done a great job in helping with his fundamentals of the game.

There's certainly a lot of speed coming out of South Florida. It's densely populated and there's great weather. You get year-round athletes, plus outstanding track programs help perpetuate speed.

I've been pleasantly surprised with him. He's done a great job. I thought he could be a good player, but the way he handles his body ... he's a big guy and he's out there switching his hips, being able to maneuver, covering smaller receivers. I've been very impressed.

You can't take everybody, for whatever reason, be it you're loaded at that position or whatever it might be. They've got players who could play for about anybody. That's the thing that you see, that they have talent. That's Florida.
