We played more aggressively. We had less mental mistakes.
We put in some things in practice this week that fit our personnel a little bit more than some things that I've been trying to force-feed to them recently.
We put a new engine in for the final two qualifying sessions. The other engine got us through the Ringers Gloves Battle but was going away as we headed into the semifinal and final rounds. With the Battle behind us our concentration is now on the Mac Tools U.S. Nationals.
We put all our weight around one spot. As a campaign they are stronger than the sum of their units.
We pulled into Valley River and messed around for about two and a half hours, to see if it'd clear up. And it did, and then we headed on over.
We provide information service delivery to those hard to reach areas, conduct workshops whereby rural youths learn how to use PCs, draft CVs and business plans, as well as give them advice on how to start up their own businesses.
We protected our future. We did it by not ripping up the farm system.
We played hard and it was a good win for us.
We played a whole lot better than the first time we played them. I told them it's not always about the wins. If we improve every game that's a win in itself. Even though the score was the same the last time, (at one point) it was a 2-1 game.
We have to stop talking about the playoffs. The playoffs is a means to an end, with the end being a championship. But you've got to get to the playoffs in order to get that far, so I do understand that part of it.
We have to steal bases to be successful. We're not a big three-run homer team, and speed shows up to the ballpark everyday.
We hope this car will be less labor intensive, less material intensive, less everything intensive than anything we have done before.
We don't feel that this kind of publication serves the university well or the students.
We don't even realize it's there. We just know every month on the first, we don't have to go, 'Oh my God, how are we going to make the rent?
