The women that lie upon couches and upon beds, and they that rest in litters, the women all that exhale sweet fragrance, do we put to sleep.

Pay no heed to little worries; attach your mind to the Lord and then you will be led to the Company of good men and your talents will be transmuted.
constantly death messenger noose tormented
The noose of the Messenger of Death is around their necks; they are constantly tormented by death.
grown monks singing tried virtuous weary
The monks have tried everything and failed; the virtuous have grown weary of singing God's Glories.
acts blessed deeds evil indulge inevitably stay surrender totally virtuous
Stay away from evil deeds and indulge in virtuous ones, surrender totally to the will of God. A man, who acts thus, is inevitably blessed with immortality.
darkness dear hate
May our friends be dear to us! May those who hate us, end up in darkness of ignorance!

The Guru has shown me that this is the way of the world; I have abandoned the dwelling of pride, and entered Your Sanctuary.

O my beloved camel-like mind, day and night, lovingly attune yourself to the Lord. Return to your own home, and find the palace of love; meet the Guru, and meet the Lord. O camel-like mind, you are my friend; abandon hypocrisy and greed.

If you have known Me through and through there will be no such argument at all. You will know that this is but an insignificant product of My power. I have done this only as an example; unless those who lead are themselves active and earnest to bend and bear the burden, all those who are encouraged to follow will lose heart and miss the way.
divine empty falls happens human itself leaps life loses ocean river seeks
THE river of human life meanders along, through many a valley, leaps over many a cliff, loses itself in many a marsh and seeks to empty itself in the ocean of Divine Grace; though, what happens is that it falls into the undrinkable expanse of salt.
following grown husband lord wandering weary within
The forest-dwellers have grown weary of wandering in the forests; following the Guru's Teachings, see your Husband Lord within your heart.
lasting peace road yourselves
See yourselves in all; See all in yourselves; that is the road to lasting peace and joy.
